These terms are a plain-English summary of how we work. The full contracting terms are agreed in writing per engagement, and this page has not yet been through a formal legal review.
This website
The content here is published for information. Every figure shown in a sample report on this site is illustrative and is labelled as such; none of it is customer data, and none of it is a performance claim about any named product.
Engagements
Work is carried out under a written agreement covering scope, fees, data handling and retention. Nothing on this website is an offer, a price, or a guarantee of a particular result.
What a report is
A report describes what we measured in the recordings of calls placed for you, using the methods published on the methodology page. It is a measurement of a specific batch of calls, not a certification, an endorsement, or a prediction of future performance. Where something could not be measured, the report says so, and that statement is part of the result.
What the calculator is not
The savings calculator on this site multiplies figures you enter by a recovery share you choose yourself. It is an arithmetic tool, not a forecast, and it is not a representation of results you will get. We do not publish a headline recovery rate, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
